5 boxes of used books just showed up at Showers Of Blessing
Thanks be to God 5 Big boxes of Used Books showed up at Showers Of Blessing. Today with all types of books teaching types videos and the list goes on. These were donated to us we sell them for very little . And in last 30 days we've had 6 decisions for Christ.. Including someone who called the store yesterday. Thanks much for all your prayers.

Munthley up date
I would love to just reflect back over last month. 4 people came to Christ as they came in to the store,
numerous people came in for prayer .  New comers came in looking for good churches.
And best of all God brought us through a very slow month by doing several miracles. Just arrived are 2 oil paintings by artist Marlene Shuman.  One is sunrise at Diamond Head Psalm 27:1, the other is white orchids and protea Colossians 1:16. Come in and check them out , and check out others as well.
New arrivals in our community include Pastor Bill Wertz at Wahiawa Community church. If you do not have a home church, please go visit. Another party in Heaven
Donna walked in to Showers Of Blessing Christian Bookstore looking for a gift for her sister who is about to under go an operation.
I asked if her sister had a relationship with Jesus and she said yes she's always talking to me about God. Well I said at least  if anything were to happen we know where she would go. Then asked if something happened to you where would you go. She said she wasn't  sure.  I then asked her if she like to be sure . She said yes. I explained the plan of salvation and she gave her heart to Jesus. We gave her a Bible as well as a book, Gods Hand in the Life of an Electrician. I  recommended a Bible - believing church to her closest to where she lives. I say all this to say thank you for haveing a part in our minstry...and also for helping us be an extension of your churches mission field.

Thanks for your prayers as we come to mind.   Happy Thanksgiving

New Book Arrival at Showers of Blessings!

Just arrived is a book written by a "local girl" from Ohio. She married a local boy (man) and they now live on a small farm on the Big Island. Short, humorous vignettes.

Also in used books we just got an older hosanna song book with music from several different c d's selling for just $ 10.00  whale it last. Sorry the song book just got sold. But you may check outher gems .

Another party in Heaven
It's been an interesting day.  Our power want out this morning  and came back on quickly. But this evening Gods power really
kicked in. Someone came into the store and asked me what  religion I was. I explained I believed I am a sinner and I believed God gave his son Jesus to die on the cross for all of us. When we confess our sins He is able and just to forgive.  Once we have we can invite him into our heart and accept him as our savior. I did 08/05/1980. I said its not  our denomination  that gets us into heaven its
our relationship with him  thats important. I let him look around and as he was leaving I asked him if he were  to die today does he knw where he would go. He said he wasn't sure. I Asked him if he would like to be sure he would go to Heaven. He said how could he do that.  I again went thru the plan of salvation and asked him if he would like to receive Jesus. He said  yes and we prayed the sinners prayer . I asked if he had a Bible.  He did . I gave him a copy of the book,''Gods hand in the life of an electtrition' and invited him back again. Please remember that one in your prayers .Thanks for lifting our ministrey up in prayer as well.

Thanks for blessing Showers Of Blessing Christian Bookstore
I just praise Jesus for all  he's done. Someone came in today and ordered a Bible that was not in our store and did not mind ordering it.  20 minutes after  they  left,  the Bible arived . I was so happy to call them with the good news.

2 people came in with used books   from a  leather My Utmost for his Highest / James Dobson / Philip Yancy / and some good fiction as well.
Thanks to all who have blessed us and others . Most of all thank you Lord Jesus
